SK602 IGBT driver module

This drive module is suitable for the supporting use of SF/SD series:
1. Built-in DC/DC isolated power supply, single power supply 24V power supply
2. Using brand IGBT drive core, peak current is ±8A
3. Full-bridge inverter + DC power regulation control design, directly drive five signal IGBTs, and retain the extended interface
4. The driving signal and fault signal are indicated by LED, and the working conditions are clear at a glance
5. Use high isolation voltage (5000Vrms, 1 minute)
6. With short-circuit protection, active clamping and power supply voltage monitoring functions
7. Output function during undervoltage and overcurrent faults
8. Drive switching frequency up to 50KHz, short signal delay time
9. The user does not need to invest effort in debugging the drive for a specific application
